Beam Gives Back

Beam Gives Back

Beam was built to help people pursue what better feels like. From day one, we’ve dedicated that energy to not only our customers but the community at large. We’re proud to be able to support organizations both local and nationwide. These organizations represent the fundamental values that sparked Beam and we’re excited to work with more partners along the way.

PFLAG

PFLAG is the first and largest organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) people, their parents and families, and allies. With over 400 chapters and 200,000 members and supporters crossing multiple generations of families in major urban centers, small cities, and rural areas across America, PFLAG is committed to creating a world where diversity is celebrated and all people are respected, valued, and affirmed.

Adaptively abled athletes.

Founded by Melissa DeChellis, an adaptive athlete and CrossFit coach, Adaptively Abled Athletes aims to educate, and inspire those living with limb loss/limb difference or with a physical disability to adapt, overcome, and lead active and fulfilling lives through participation in group activities and outings; educational programs; adaptive sports, fitness, and wellness programs; and through social engagement with adaptively abled peers.

Greater Boston Food Bank

GBFB is the largest hunger-relief organization in New England and among the largest food banks in the country. Last year, we distributed 98.8 million pounds of nutritious food to people who struggle to have enough to eat. They are committed to increasing our food distribution to provide three meals a day to every person in need in Eastern Massachusetts while supporting healthy lives and healthy communities.

InnerCity Weightlifting

ICW's mission is to amplify the voice and agency of people who have been most impacted by systemic racism and mass incarceration. ICW partners with program participants through case management and careers in and beyond personal training. Individuals are elevated as experts in fitness and the social issues they've lived. ICW is a culture and community in which power dynamics are flipped, social capital is bridged, and new leaders emerge in the fight to combat long-standing inequities.

LA Food Bank

Since 1973, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has distributed more than 1.7 billion pounds of food. The Food Bank collects food from hundreds of resources. With the help of 30,000 volunteers annually and an agency network of more than 700 partner agencies, we serve more than 900,000 people on a monthly basis.

Welcome to Chinatown

Welcome to Chinatown is a grassroots initiative to support Chinatown businesses and amplify community voices that generates much needed momentum to preserve one of New York City's most vibrant neighborhoods. Beam supported the Longevity Fund with a grant to support local businesses that have been impacted by covid.
