Recipe: Dream Overnight Oats

Ever had those evenings where you need your dream fix but it’s just really too hot for a healthy hot chocolate vibe? We see you. Our friend Sammy of @feedingthefrasers dreamed up this chilled recipe just for you. 

This dreamy overnight oats recipe is the perfect summer night treat to curb your sweet tooth and get your daily dose of dream. 

Dreamy overnight oats

Makes 7 servings

1 cup old fashioned oats, pulsed in food processor until halfway broken down

1 1/2 cup coconut milk

2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp flakey salt

4 scoops Beam Dream 

In a large bowl, stir together the oats, milk, bananas, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla and salt. Divide between 7 4oz mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. 

Before enjoying, stir in 1 serving of Beam.

And if you’re feeling ambitious top with chia/cardamom cashew butter.

Chia cardamom cashew butter

8 oz roasted unsalted cashews

1 tsp cardamom 

1 tbsp chia seeds

Pinch flakey salt

Pulse in your food processor until smooth. Taste and adjust salt to your liking.
